Argentine Air Conditioning Championship

The problem

The championship turns a trade into a sport and opens online qualifying across all 23 provinces plus the capital at once, so the site had to run the back office: sign technicians up, show which stage each province is in, and hold the R32 Tour calendar without someone answering the same question a hundred times over WhatsApp. The sharpest problem was the video: if every entrant films however they like, the times can't be compared or validated. The circuit is sponsor-funded too, so the site also had to work as a commercial pitch.

What we shipped

• One page per province, twice over: 24 ranking pages and 24 R32 Tour sign-up links, each with its own entrant count and status
• Official recorder built into the site: films from a phone in 9:16 with the frame and stopwatch burned into the video, one continuous take, no cuts
• Province-specific forms with the province pre-selected from the shared link, plus a separate form to apply as a host venue
• Sponsor section with four tiers, what each brand receives and which metrics are reported back
• Rules split across seven sections, a 16-question FAQ, and a separate full-screen countdown page to project on a TV
