FasutoFudo sells a fixed five-onigiri combo and wants orders coming straight to them, with no app in between — “order direct, pay less”, as the page puts it. The trouble is that ordering over raw WhatsApp falls apart on its own: the address is missing, nobody knows whether they deliver there, the price shifts with the payment method. That had to be tidied up without adding an app or a checkout nobody would finish.

Order chat inside the page itself, reachable from the nav, the hero and every promo block
Coverage check: the customer types their neighbourhood and the field autocompletes against the zone table, with its delivery fee
An extras step before the summary, with the price updating on each pick
WhatsApp handoff with the order pre-written: number, date and time, name, phone, address and total
Opening status worked out in the browser: if it's closed, it says when it opens again
